# 1 Change site

> One Change at a Time is a non-profit organization founded in 2013 to develop intergenerational relationships between youth and seniors through educational, therapeutic, recreational, and social programming. One way we accomplish this is by educating & training youth volunteers on the importance of intergenerational relationships and how to conduct programs with seniors. We partner with local long-term care facilities that need volunteers and innovative activities for seniors.
