Isabelle Wilder

Isabelle's journey with 1 Change started in 2019 when she and her two daughters signed up to volunteer for Bridging Generations. This opportunity led Isabelle to find a love for serving seniors and become a regular participant in the program. 

When COVID-19 halted the in-person program, Isabelle and her two daughters helped the organization launch the virtual connection program, allowing youth volunteers to connect with seniors virtually. This helped many seniors emotionally and socially during trying times while volunteers developed morality and communication skills. This effort caused the organization to recognize her as a Volunteer Lead. She assists with coordinating Bridging Generations and leads various program segments.

Isabelle's unwavering commitment and outstanding contributions to the organization were recognized when she was awarded the prestigious 2023 Volunteer of the Year Award.
