Keneisha Witter

 Keneisha has over ten years of management and healthcare experience, including as the franchise General Manager for Rockin' Jump Trampoline Park in Yonkers, NY, and as the Office Manager for Macquesten Development, LLC. Her skills in leading large teams led to her locations receiving top performance honors, and she was notably recognized for her exceptional operational management abilities.

 Keneisha's work experience also includes counseling mentally and behaviorally challenged youth and being a certified nursing assistant and activities coordinator for several skilled nursing facilities in New York City and Westchester County, NY. Her passion for serving seniors ignited during these roles, which drove her to pursue a leadership role with 1 Change. 

These experiences led to Keneisha becoming Program Director in 2016. They prepared her to develop, operate, and manage intergenerational programs for youth and older adults, a testament to her skills in program management. Keneisha's role as Program Director includes leading all programs, developing program agendas, managing program budgets, recruiting and training volunteers, directing staff, managing supplies, and assisting with fundraising. Keneisha leads Bridging Generations weekly in New Rochelle, NY, with programs ranging from 15 to 25 youth, adult, and senior participants. 

Keneisha received the 2023 Legacy Award for her dedication and commitment to leadership, growing the organization's programs and volunteer base.
